Practising sport and eating a healthy diet are essential for having a healthy life. We know that sweets are not very healthy and that we should try to eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible. But it’s not only this. Exercising is a wonderful way of keeping our body and mind healthy. There are many sports you can play for example tennis, football, etc. It is also important sleeping well at night.
